5. Light Assembly & Testing & Packing
The LED light is finally assembled by assembly department. Every part will be sent to the worker who assembly the light. Then the light is under testing by quality inspection department to make sure every product is in good quality before leaving our factory. The light is carefully packaged to be safe after inspection.
6. Shipment & Payment
For shipment, we cooperate with FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS to make sure the goods can reach to our clients safely and quickly. For payment, we can accept payment from T/T, PayPal, and Western Union, etc.
1. Design Concept
Led showcase light is soul of a display showcase. Perfect designed light can highlight the beauty of products shown in a display showcase, but doesn’t let people aware of its existence. Each Led light is specially designed according to the kind of display showcase it is installed in. Thanks to LONU designers, who are with decades of experience in designing and manufacturing display showcases, we can get the perfect light fitting each different display showcase.
2. Prototype
Each design is prototyped using the new 3D printing technology at first. The prototype will be tested based on technical features and high quality standards required by LONU before mass manufacturing.
3. Parts Manufacturing
The material purchased from market is strictly inspected to control its stability. This ensures parts manufactured using these materials maintains the same quality and thermal stability in all the different production lots. Parts manufactured will be subjected to a buffing treatment, polish, galvanizing, and cleaning to give it hardness and weather resistance. Parts can also be painted to different color according to clients’ requirements.
4. LED Chips Production
LED chip is core part of a LED light. Its quality directly decides the performance of LED lights. LED chip of LONU is produced by workers wearing no dust clothing in our dust-free workshop. Equipped with different kinds of inspection equipments, we can make quality control during and after production.

I’m the owner of LONU Company. I've been successfully running it from last 16 years. The idea here wasn't developed over night but started as a vision from many years of experience. Perfect light not only highlights beauty of products shown in the display showcase, but also doesn’t makes people aware of its existence. As a lighting designer, I'm happy to see my design is accepted by more and more clients. It is my current focus and long term goal to make perfect light for every client. I hope to make LONU becoming a leading showcase lighting brand all over the world.
