1. How I can contact your guys to buy your products?

2. Can you make products as our special requirements?

Answers: We can make products according to your requirments on color tempeature, height and/or length, and body color quickly with little charge. If you make products according to your design, we can also make it for you.

3. What is your minimum order quantity?

Answers: There is no minimum order quantity needed for your products. Even there is only 1 sample needed.

4. What is the lead time for your products?

Answers: In normal, we can make shipment within 5 working days after payment. If your goods needed to be painted, it will takes about 10 working days.

5. How you will ship your products?

Answers: Our products are with light weight. We always ship goods by Express, such as TNT, DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. If you have your own express account for import, we can use your own account. If not, we can calcualte freight cost for you using our account.

6. Can we pay you through Paypal?

Answers: For small amount of money less than USD 200 only, we can accept payment through Paypal, Westen Union or T/T. For total amount more than USD 200 only, it is better you can pay us by T/T.
